John was patient calm and carin& providing me with all of the information I needed to make important decisions. John Bomarito my counselor was very thorough, explained everything to me from start to finish. Made sure I was well informed regarding the placement of my husband's um at the columbarium. I felt a personal service and he would text/call to follow up. The pricing was reasonable hence I got a plan for myself as well. At the columbarium and cemetery, he and another staff were there ahead of my relatives, guests and friends patiently waiting under the sun. And made sure our needs were well taken cared of.

If you want everything done to a 110% make sure you request him I had the pleasure of having Art and Steve as well during the whole service taking care of all the rest (family and friends arrival. guest book and more ) I also had a catering during the viewing and the food was so so good Rick was the caterer and he took excellent care of all my guests He stood there, so professional for the whole 2 hours Karen who is the manager definitely makes sure things are going smoothly and everything is done as it should, When I was choosing the funeral home a friend of mine was trying to help me and said to go with another place because they do offer similar services, but for less SS In my personal experience (especially from start to end with every little detail) you get what you pay for I am so glad I choosed Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary and I strongly recommend it to everyone who needs it in a difficult time a time of greave and a place to make sure a loved one has been sent and resting in peace

John took the time out of his day to come to my work so that we could sign papers. He was even willing to go back to his work and edit legal documents and come back to my work. I don't typically write many reviews on products or services unless they are extraordinary and worth sharing. My experience with Palm Mortuary was nothing short of amazing. i worked directly with the Family Services Director. John Bomarito. and he provided a very personal yet professional level of service. I was truly impressed with the care and compassion he showed to my specific situation and to my boys with the loss of their father. Every step of the way he assured me that all our needs would be met to our expectations and followed through to do just that. He was very detailed with the financials and all the arrangements, and very responsive to all my concerns and questions. The quote I received did not match the initial quote I received 3 months earlier as they since had a price increase. However. since my son did not even get his dad's remains back until 3 months after the passing, and we were just now able to work on the arrangements, they honored the original quote. John is a real keeper, and it is clear that he cares about what he does. Thank you for your great customer service.
